EQUIFAX BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL 1

So I’m having trouble passing identity verification with Equifax so I can dispute some items. I ordered a credit report for .95. I failed out of wallet questions (due to errors on the report), and was prompted to call for further verification. The customer service rep had no idea what to do and it was obvious she wasn’t even listening. She puts me on hold without telling me for 30 seconds and then hangs up. This is that call.
